Spacious bathroom/kitchen/living room

I'm a college grad, working now :) I'm quiet and love a clean place. I'm home and out pretty equally. I'm respectful of others and expect the same back of course.
I'm looking for a responsible and reliable roommate. I will be looking at bank statements to ensure you have enough to sustain your end of rent. My apt manager would require it as well for the application.
