Looking for a quiet student/professional

Hi! I am an easy going, fun, clean, friendly person looking for a roommate to occupy a huge bedroom with walk in closet and private restroom in my unit. I have big windows, lots of light, a balcony, washer and dryer on the premises, a swimming pool, central air and heat, and internet available. You will also have your own parking spot. I expect my roommate to be low key, CLEAN, no smoking, no drinking, no overnight visitors. I enjoy cooking, kitchen can be shared. You will need to apply with my apartment management to do a background and credit check. You can make an appointment to see the room which will be available on April or May 1st.

I have two sons, they are with me every other weekend. They are nice, respectful, and quiet.

Deposit needed one month before move in to hold your spot and is non-refundable should you change your mind. Deposit will be returned to you when you move in.

The apartment is a secured code gated community with video cameras in and outside of the premises.
