Room: On the first floor & comes with private 0.5 bathroom. Shower/tub is communal. Rent is $950 w/ $500 security deposit. (utilities & wi-fi are included).

House Background: It is a gorgeous Spanish-style PUD house. High ceilings. House faces north and is secluded from the street. The backyard has fruit trees such as jujubes, Japanese persimmon, oranges, loquats, etc. Located near Costco, Target, Home Depot, Restaurants, Theater, Supermarket, library, city council, post office, and public transportation. Easy access to the 10 & 710 freeway.

You will be sharing the house with the landlord and 3 other tenants but will have your own private room. The shower/bathtub is communal but very large and accommodating, only shared by 3 people total. The other 2 tenants have their own bathroom. Landlord is very respectful of tenant's privacy and easy to communicate with; she only asks that potential tenants keep communal areas clean and be quiet during late hours. Current tenants are also quiet and respectful.

There is street parking available, but you will have to purchase an overnight permit. Free laundry in garage.

Will need proof of income before renting.
