Private Bedroom in spacious apt

Hi! I have a 1 bedroom opening up for March 1st in my 2bdrm 1 bath apt. The complex is quiet and cute and has a pool! Laundry on site. Living room and kitchen are quite big with a lot of space. There’s also a ton of storage around the apt. There is free covered parking with storage in the garage and it is just a 5 min walk from Alhambras Main Street (shops, restaurants, bars, the theater). Cat friendly and I believe without pet rent/sd (you will have to double check with the landlord, he’s very nice and easy to work with). Note: my current roommate has cats but I do not; the cat stuff in the photos are here but once she leaves there won’t be any pets here.
A little about me: I’m quiet, friendly, and clean. Currently working from home 9-6. Don’t smoke or party, but like going out when safe to do so! Would love to find a roomie who is down to be friends and have movie nights or grab coffee together from time to time.
Rent: $900. Wi-Fi is $25. And gas+electric usually around $30.
The March 1st date can be flexible. And my current roomie is open to selling her furniture so the room can be furnished.
