Room in Beautiful Historic Alhambra house

Private bedroom & bathroom in beautiful 1700squ house.
We aren't sure how much longer we will be in this house, could be 2 months could be 8 - but we will give you at least 30 days notice before vacating

300 per week for May ! And then 350 per week onwards.

All utilities included, and driveway parking. Central AC, washer/dryer and internet. The living/dining/kitchen are all huge. And a back patio, front porch and yard.

It's technically the border of Alhambra, but it's definitely El Sereno lol - 10 min drive downtown. It's such a beautiful and peaceful suburban nbhd - hard to believe it's right off the 10 & 710.

My wife & I are in our late 20s, both non-binary and both creatives. We keep to ourselves a lot, and there's plenty of room to do so. We have a small & shy black cat. Looking for a chill, clean and independent sublet to help us pay our rent haha.
