Needing female Roommate.

Seeking female Roommates only. Prefer someone closer to my age 22-40. No couples, kids or pets. Co housing. You are renting only one room, shared balcony and private bathroom. Room is 14 by 14 sq ft. One bathroom is upstairs hallway and the other is downstairs. The house has a total of 3 bedroom and 3 bath. You will live with a total of 3 people in the home. At the moment it’s just myself. Another will move in by end of January.

All I ask is that you are clean and can clean up after yourself. Be comfortable around 3 dogs. They are always with me and no free roaming. Landlord requires 3 recent paystub, credit and background check.
