Furnished private bedroom/bathroom in newly remodeled home in Altadena, close to hiking trails with easy access to freeways. I am a 65-year old female looking for a roommate who is very clean, quiet and loves dogs. Please, no perfume or incense. Social distancing for two weeks is essential.

About the living space:

- Your own private bedroom with sliding mirror closet. Furniture is included. You may use the office area, including desk and television.
- Your own private bathroom, across from the bedroom.
- Shared community space includes: kitchen, living room, family/TV room.

About me: Educated, professional woman who is working from home. I am very quiet, easy-going, and extremely clean.

About you:
- 1 person
- Absolutely no smoking
- Quiet, mature, respectful, non-party type
- Must be extremely clean, especially in any shared areas (kitchen, living room, dining room, etc.)
- Must be able to happily live with dogs (I have 2 small dogs)
- A small (less than 15 lbs), hypo-allergenic dog may be considered, but no cats (my daughter who visits is allergic).

Terms:
- $980/month, minimum 6-month lease, beginning immediately
- 1st month's rent + $1000 security deposit
