850/mo sublease - bedroom and private bathroom

Hello,

As the title states, there will be an available room for rent in a house in Arcadia, right off Myrtle and Longden. The house is currently leased out by myself, and 2 other roommates. There is also 2 dogs in the house. Utilities are split evenly. If you're interested read forward for the full rundown.

Room -
Bedroom is a fairly large bedroom on the 2nd floor. My guess it's around 15x15 ft, 3 windows and a small walk-in closest. There is a window A/C unit in one of the windows, as well as central heating/ac. The bedroom comes with it's own bathroom that's not connected. Bathroom has been recently renovated with ceramic tiles along the bathtub walls.

House-
The house is gated with a front and backyard. Big and spacious, with a 2350 sqft floor area, well enough for 3. Refrigerator, washer/dryer. Full access to amenities. We have sparkletts water service that we also split. Our currently situation is very relax and chill environment and will be discussed in more detail.

Myself-
I'm Phil, 31 y/o asian male. I work for a reputable company as an Accountant. Picture of me and my corgi are attached. I'm pretty much a normal person, no baggage, no sad stories, no drama. I'm have an outgoing personality, but at home i keep to myself and my dog. I can't drink, don't smoke. I'll occasionally have guests over, but nothing crazy. I do not mind if my room mate does any of these things, just ask that you smoke outside.
On weekends I go out most of the time, either hiking, cycling or just out with friends. I clean up after myself, cook lightly, and respect others.

Other roommate-
He's 34? white male. Works for a very reputable company near Pasadena. He also owns a dog, 4 year old Mastif mix. Both very chill and generally keeps to himself. He currently stays up in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. Works Monday-Friday 6am-4pm. Has every other Friday off.
