We are looking for a clean and quiet individual to share the condo with.

$800/mo - Single room 2nd floor (2 shared bathrooms). It is a private room. Rent includes utilities and internet.

Parking:
Street parking (overnight parking in Arcadia requires a permit for around $5/night or $84/year). Permit is not included in the monthly rent.

Lease will be month-to-month or 6-month lease and security deposit is 1 month?s rent.

Room is strictly for 1 person. Currently, 2 young professionals occupied the condo.

- all bathrooms are newly remodeled (about 4-5 years)
- walking distance to H-mart
- short drive to metro station, PCC, Arcadia mall, 210 and 10 freeways

- No overnight guests
- No smoking, drugs, alcohol, parties, or pets
