Love the area. Only blocks from downtown Arcadia/Monrovia that has amazing food, bank, post office, and 24 hr fitness. I'm very active and there is a huge park 2 blocks away with tons of trees and running path, grass, etc. And you have a pretty view of the San Gabriels in the background. Neighborhood is quiet, mostly families.

Neighbors are friendly and quiet but keep to themselves. Landlord also is totally hands off, unless there is a repair and they respond incredibly quickly.

I'm looking for a roommate ideally who would like to find a good fit and plans to stay long term. I'm pretty easy going as long as everyone is respectful, and courteous, and keeps the common areas realistically clean. So if you want an awesome place, in a cool safe neighborhood please apply! Roommate has one friendly quiet dog. The room and bath are on the other side of the house, so if you like to keep to yourself and have privacy that is available.
