Spacious Room

Im looking for a female roommate to move into our apartment in Arcadia. It is a beautiful and spacious apartment with lots of lighting and in a great location close by the Santa Anita Mall (walking distance). 15 minutes to downtown Pasadena, 30 minutes to downtown Los Angeles, 10 minutes from the APU Monrovia campus, and 25 minutes from the main APU campus.

Rent for this room is $800/month, with a $766 security deposit (this will be given to the previous tenant and will be returned back to you when you move out from the landlord/next tenant). Wifi cost is split 3-4ways (currently 26.67 a month/each for 3 people), other utilities range between $30-70/each depending on the amount of central air/heat used that month.

The available room is spacious private room with shared bathroom(shared with one other roommate-myself) and great lighting. The apartment overall has a lot of storage. Central heat and ac. Laundry room available in the apartment complex, pool, and garage parking space available for the new tenant.

Looking for a tenant who is: respectful, open & communicative, neat, it’d be cool if we become friends but also totally ok if we’re just housemates :)

A little about myself: I am a 32 yr old healthcare professional who is also in my masters studies. I enjoy hiking, the gym, and anything outdoors. Outgoing but also a homebody at times. I also have a 3yr/old puppy, Murphy who will be living at the apartment.
