*room with its private bathroom
*no pets (landlord has two dogs, gated in separate area)
*no smoking indoor
*non-cooking / could share refrigerator space if needs for leftover food or drinks! The room itself is big enough for a small fridge if choose to buy your own
*sharing living room/tv, but landlord rarely watch t. v. thou
*garage space is not available, but you can park at the driveway
*no friends over/sleepovers
*unfurnished (furnitures shown in pictures will be moved out)
