One bedroom available in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 2 story house. Private bedroom, bathroom shared with one very neat female. You have full run of the house including living room, dining area, full kitchen with all appliances, gated fenced in back yard, laundry in attached garage. DWP gets billed every other month and gets split 3 ways, all other bills for water, sewer, gas, trash pickup, internet, etc comes to around 70 per person each month. Rent is 850 and move in requires a one month security deposit. Room Is for one person only, no pets as we already have one very territorial chihuahua. Available immediately on a month to month basis although we would prefer a commitment of at least 6 months
