ABOUT A PROSPECTIVE TENANT:
*Must work FULL TIME/OUTSIDE HOME
*Looking for 1 single male occupancy ONLY
*NO drugs, No partying/loud music, No pet, No smoking, No overnight guest
*Must be vaccinated, clean, quiet, considerate, financially responsible,
drama-Free, pay rent on time.
*Month to month lease, Subject to Credit report, 3 references, proof of income,
no eviction history

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
-Rent includes private bedroom and full bathroom, bar sink, utilities, 1 off street parking
-Require a light cooker. You can cook simple meals with an induction stove.
-We take our social life out, this is a quiet, safe, peaceful environment
-Available Now. Close to everything!
