* Must be quiet, clean, considerate, drama free, light cooker, and pay rent on time.
* Require 1 month security deposit and job verification to move in
* Month to month lease...but would prefer a long term

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
*We take our social life out. This is a clean, safe, peaceful environment..
*Include all utility bills, wifi, 1 safe off street parking
*We provide a microwave, fridge, bar sink
*You share bathroom and kitchenette with another male.
