ABOUT PROSPECTIVE TENANT:
* Looking for 1 responsible person who must work FULL TIME
(For 2nd person, pls add $120/month. Allow Maximum of 2 persons only)
* NO drugs, partying, loud music, pet, smoking, frequent/overnight guest.
* Must be quiet, clean, considerate, drama free, light cooker, and pay rent on time.
* Require 1 month security deposit and job verification to move in
* Month to month lease...but would prefer a long term

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
*We take our social life out. This is safe, quiet, and peaceful environment
*The KITCHENETTE requires a light cooker but you still can cook simple meals easily
*Include all utility bills, wifi, 1 safe off street parking
*Great location. Freeways 5, 170, 118, close to shopping plaza
