Room for Rent in Arleta

The room is only 100sqft, so we can't have a whole family living in there. You'll have kitchen access, we have a lovely backyard and live in a quiet neighborhood. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaraunts nearby. The I-5 freeway is only a few minutes away, and we have several laundromats in the area. There is plenty of street parking and transit within walking distance. The wifi is free with 200mbps. It's just my parents and I living in the house, and a rescue dog. I only ask that you clean up after yourself; I maintain and clean the house every week.
