About the home: 4bd/2.5 bathroom in Boyle Heights/East side.
I share the house with 2 kind guys who work in creative fields. We’re in our mid-to-late 20s: we have occasional move nights, outings that you’re welcome to join, and we all mesh well with each other’s friend groups (and are generally respectful if we do not).

Move-in Details:
Rent: $875/month plus utilities (about $65/month).
Deposit: $875
Application Fee: $10

Move-in Date: June/July
