There is no garage parking, but driveway parking is available. Preference will be given to applicants being no more than one occupant, with no pets preferred. No smokers please.

To move in, you would need first month's rent of $1400 and a $1400 security deposit with a 6-month lease, for a total of $2800 move-in. Earliest available Move-In date is Feb 10, 2023. Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water, Garbage, Internet) are included. Tenant will be expected to maintain a clean and hygienic living area.
