Huge open floorplan loft has washer/dryer, large projector screen with Apple TV, and a custom wood ping pong table. There is a large outdoor gated patio with loading dock door. You have your own long, custom butcher block desk as well. Loft is fully furnished. I am a professional in my thirties, I am vegetarian and I live with 4 animals, 3 cats and a dog. I am open to you bringing a pet if it gets along with mine and if you are mindful about the shared space. Thank you!
