Room available in the Arts District

Hey all! We’re looking for a six month subleaser for a room in my place with an option to extend longer. Move in is March 1st. Walking distance to little Tokyo. Three other roommates plus one adorable cat. And the building community is like nothing I’ve seen. Rent is $1100 plus an $1100 deposit for a two floor room. Only other bill is internet. We’re looking for some creative type people and would love someone who is just as excited at the opportunity to make our place something special.
