Loft Arts District Los Angeles

Room available in a great artist loft in DTLA Arts District. Private skylight and massive roof with tables and work areas. You'd be sharing the loft with me and another loft mate named Justine. I don't sleep there, just store my stuff in my room so really you are sharing the loft with just one person. We have a piano and a nice vinyl set up in the common area. lots of natural light. This is a killer deal for anyone who likes a lot of space but doesn't want to pay a fortune for their own place. I am flexible on how long you want to stay. Could be a month or a year. I'll be showing the place all week. Parking is free on the block with no street sweeping. Laundry, Freight Elevator and secure mail in the building. Great Private rooftop garden where you can grow whatever vegetables you like.
