Hi all, renting a large master bedroom with private bathroom in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Arts District Downtown LA. I’m a architecture student at Sci-Arc. Very easy going and fun! This location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the downtown vibe and nightlife. Especially for Sci Arc student since the school is right cross the street. Also its a central location and have easy access to the highways. The apartment is on 6th floor with downtown view! The room will be available on September 1st!

The rent will be 1700 utilities included + 25 wifi + 115 for parking.
