The house is a super cute Spanish, in a lovely neighborhood two blocks from lots of great restaurants & boutiques in Atwater Village, and the LA river Park. The room has lots of light, is furnished with a full bed, a desk, a small cabinet, and a large closet with built-in organizer and drawers. The bathroom off the hall right next to the bedroom is the "room mates" bathroom.

Rent includes off-street parking in the driveway, ALL utilities including internet, DirecTV, Roku, gardener, and maid service/laundry service every two weeks. Shady tranquil back patio garden has a converted garage with washer/dryer.
