Original hardwood floors throughout, indoor fireplace & a completely fenced in backyard ?oasis? for you to enjoy a bbq with friends or just to kick back, relax & read a book. Separate garage has a full sized W/D that?s yours to use & space for you to use as storage.

The homeowner, an older, sweet & slightly disabled woman rarely leaves her en suite master. She has an 8yr old friendly terrier. And a few personal assistants who are in/out during the week to assist her as needed.

The rent includes all utilities, all furnishings, WiFi, DirectTv, parking in the driveway & bi-monthly maid service.

Ideally, you are a nurse or nursing student - or similar medical career/background. The homeowner likes to know there is someone in the house during the evenings & doesn?t mind if you have friends over/want to entertain.
