THE BUILDING: there are 15 units in the building, two levels (I am on the ground level) surrounding a courtyard filled with plants, and a little area out back with a patio. Laundry facilities on site (coin/app based washers and dryers).

LOCATION: near the I-5 exit, in close proximity of shops, restaurants, cafes, and the Glendale Galleria mall.

???? Must love cats, because I have a cat?an adorable but most peculiar little creature.

420 friendly, but prefer not to turn the place into a hotbox.

RENT: $1000/month plus utilities (internet, electric, and gas usually amount to under $100/month) with a $1000 deposit. Available now till the end of August.
Split cost on communal goods like TP, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.
