We will be looking for a roommate to live with my girlfriend and I in a large 4-bed house, with a move-in sometime in Oct/Nov (depending on renovations). All utilities will be included (water, power, gas, internet).

There is plenty of room in the house as well as tons of storage space. There is a front lawn which we are going to be sprucing up very soon.

There is also a backyard and garage in the back should you need to store anything, along with an attic inside the house.

Ideally we are only looking for 1 roommate, but we will consider 2 to share a room (probably slightly increased monthly rent if 2 of you).

About us:
I work in the Valley in the film industry and am in my mid 30's. My gf is in her early 30's and works from home. We like to think we are nice people, respectful, and clean. We like to go out for drinks/dinner.

Right now we are renovating so I don't have pictures This house is really great and so is the neighborhood. The room is separate from the main house and has access to the family pool.

We are HOPING for a move-in around late October, but it's possible the move in may not be available until November. I should know more next week about a timeline.

The area is fantastic. Quiet and safe neighborhood that's grown in popularity exponentially over the last 10 years. Glendale Blvd is walking distance and has lots of shops, food, convenience stores, bars, etc... Area is close to Dodger Stadium, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Downtown, Hollywood, Glendale, Burbank, the 5 freeway, etc
