Gorgeous apartment in Atwater Village!

Hey there! I'm looking for a roommate in my gorgeous Atwater Village apartment starting Oct 15th. Rent is $1700/mo + utilities and a $1700 security deposit. The room is 10x11 and has a HUGE closet. In the photos, the open bedroom is the one with the office stuff in it - it has two big windows that get late afternoon/evening sun. We have both private outdoor space with a grill and big table, AND a shared outdoor space with a lemon tree and fire pit. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but we're within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and bars on Glendale Blvd.
I work from home so looking for someone fairly quiet but who doesn't mind that I like having a dinner party every now and again. 420 friendly. I have a sweet small dog - no more pets please. The whole house is furnished and fully stocked except for the bedroom, so looking for someone who doesn't have a ton of stuff! Ideally looking for a 30-something professional female-identifying person, but open to exploring others as well.
I work in the music industry and moved to LA in November of 2020 from New York, where I lived for over 10 years. I'm pretty social and like to have a couple friends over for a chill glass of wine (or four ;) in the garden, but I'm not a partier by any means and usually wrap up hangs at home by 10 or 11. I like to keep a tidy space, but I'm not obsessively clean! My little dog Jagger is 10 and a very sweet old man who will give you lots of snuggles. Happy to answer any questions!!
