Room in spacious Atwater Village apartment

Hi! Room available in large 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Atwater Village. The building is gated and includes a gated parking spot - very quiet residential area but easy to walk to the restaurants and bars on Los Feliz blvd! There's a laundry room onsite and the apartment has a dishwasher and AC. I've been here for 5 years so the place is mostly furnished except for your bedroom. I have a small and very polite senior dog as well, he gets along with cats but no other dogs unfort. The room is available April 1st but the date can be flexible!
