Large Room Available Atwater Village

Hello, this is a house in Atwater Village with a shared kitchen and bathrooms. We ask everyone be respectful and clean up after themselves. Washer/Dryer included. The room available is large enough to fit a queen bed. This house is unique with a shared recording space and iso booth. We work in headphones so there isn’t music playing out loud. The current room available is a converted garage with large ceilings and a private entrance. It is a stand alone structure that includes a fridge/freezer and an air conditioner.
