Looking for someone who will engage with the household and contribute to communal cohesiveness. Someone willing to go the extra mile every once and a while to keep up the house and house moral. You have to be cool with drinking, smoking, and an occasional kickback/ party. Price includes WiFi, utilities, heating and air, washer and dryer, and community pool access. We encourage you to invite your friends over, as we often have ours over to hang out and occasionally spend the night. BUT! please make sure that the house is treated with the upmost respect and all roommates are considered by anyone who comes over. Students are preferred but as long as you pay on time it?s no difference to us.
