Room for rent.

I have a fully furnished room to rent in Azusa by the Azusa Green's Golf Course which is 2.5 miles from Azusa Pacific Univesity. I'm looking for a mature, clean responsible renter, to occupy private bedroom with a full bathroom in a common area. Our home is a 4 bedroom house in a safe, quiet and family oriented neighborhood that is less than a mile from the Metro Gold line rail station and foothill buses. Close to shopping, dining and to 605, 210, 57 and 10 freeways.

Rent is $750.00 per month includes utilities, and WI-FI with access to laundry and kitchen. Prefer female renter, Parking in the streets are free Eventually I may rent out a second room to another student. I currently live alone with two friendly dogs. Non smoking, sober living environment, no illegal drugs. Must be able to verify income and references
