One Bed/ private bath available in Azusa in May

My roommate will sadly be leaving the state at the end of April, so her room will be available in early May. Seeking a new roommate who is friendly, clean, and responsible. My lease is up at the end of 2021, so ideally, I’d like to find someone who plans to stay here for at least 3 months or more.

House is the back unit of a duplex.
It’s a nice-sized bedroom, private bath (adjacent to bedroom. That will be your private bathroom), washer/dryer in house, small side yard, gated parking. I have a full gym in the garage which you’re welcome to use as well.
Utilities all included. (My current roommate uses my streaming accounts. Zero issues with you using them as well). Full kitchen/living room privileges- I want you to feel like you’re at home :)

I work afternoon/evening hours, so I’m home during the day and gone in the evening. I’m very respectful yet friendly.
