We are very nice people & we’re hoping to share our home with someone nice too, we’re looking to welcome a reliable, respectful & well mannered young female student or female professional. You will share the bathroom with 2 female tenants. Please Keep in mind this is a family home so expect basic house rules: NO SMOKING, NO OVERNIGHT GUEST, NO PETS, YOU MUST CLEAN AFTER YOURSELF & KEEP YOUR AREA CLEAN. There is 1 extra parking available on a 1st come, 1st served basis, more parking within the complex as well as street parking.
Lastly, the house is equipped with a security alarm system and 24 hrs video recording surveillance for extra peace of mind. Hablamos Español.
