Room available in spacious villa!

Room available in our villa with lovely bedroom views. Bathroom is right next door, and is shared with one male so a male might be preferred but we are open. We are a small family and mostly keep to ourselves. There are also two gentlemen renting rooms. However, they both work a lot and travel, so neither are home that much. We are just looking for another quiet, respectful, and hardworking person to fill our last room. For the most part, everybody does their own thing. We do have activities now and then that housemates are welcome to join such as movie nights in our theater room, or pizza nights made in our brick pizza oven. Living here is very peaceful and quiet, but we also love music so on the weekend you might hear one of our DJ/karoake nights.
