Room for Rent

1 room to rent in my Townhouse style apartment in the city of bellflower. It's a quiet area with street parking. The room is not furnished utilities are not included in the rent it will be divided evenly. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
