I have a room for rent in 2 bed, 2.5 bath condo. The room is a large master ensuite with a private bathroom, large walk in closet, and a balcony. The unit is located in a gated community with a pool, has a washer and dryer inside along with a 2 car garage. You will have full access to the condo including the kitchen, laundry room and parking in the garage.

The room is single occupancy only. I am looking for a female 21 years of age or older. Rent will be $875 per month with split utilities and wifi. The room is available beginning July 1st. If you are interested, please private message me.

Easy access to the 91 freeway. Near the 605 freeway. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs. There will be a $875 security deposit due prior to moving in.
