One bedroom in a four bedroom house. A shared bathroom and kitchen privileges. Washer and dryer available for use on site. One parking spot in driveway available. Small caged pets, fish, and cats okay. No dogs or birds. Must be okay with cats and kids. friendly preferred but not required. No smoking in the house. Must agree with and sign a rental agreement.
