Master Bedroom/Bathroom Available

Hello, I am looking for a female professional who would like to move into a fully furnished house. It is a Spanish style home built in the 1920's and located a block from the beach. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood that I have been living in for over 10 years. The room is the master room/bathroom, with a huge walk-in closet, hardwood floors, and a private entrance. $1400 includes all utilities, cable, internet, and a housekeeper twice a month.

I am a 41 year old, straight, female event manager who works from home. I usually travel about once a month for work. When I am not working I like to go for runs on the beach, watch movies, work out, cook, hang out with friends, go to church, and support the LA Galaxy and LA Dodgers. I am looking for someone is is quiet and clean like me :)
