This large Apt style house was built in the 20’s and has a lot of charm, natural light, hardwood floors and unique built- in fixtures; and has a balcony and shared yard as well. The views are amazing from the upstairs windows and balcony. It’s in a safe quiet neighborhood, with lots of street parking. Walking distance to the fun 2nd street shops and dining, and also to the bay and beach! Washer and dryer is inside next to the kitchen area. Rent is $1350 and then we would also share the utility bills and Wi-Fi costs which are not high.
I’m an active /outdoorsy female who is a professional working in the surf industry. I’m easy going, friendly, and enjoy heading to the gym after work or mountain biking in Laguna. No smoking please / no pets.
