The room is unfurnished. Plenty of closet space. Plenty garage space that can be used as a storage. Two small dogs live here: Bailey and Nala.
I’m very chill. I play volleyball on Saturdays at the beach, love going out with friends but also value my alone time and respect other people’s space. Get togethers once in a while are fine, but this is definitely not a party house. Someone that cleans after him/herself, and is considerate of the other roommates when it comes to keeping the house clean. Professional or student, as long as you’re responsible.
