I am planning to go back to school but my condo association will not allow me to rent out the entire unit, so I am looking for a roommate. The master bedroom/unit is fully furnished, has a private bathroom, is the only unit in the building with a washer/dryer & central AC/Heating, and comes with 1 secured private garage parking spot. I am open to accept a well behaved pet, if he/she gets along with my dog. I live 1 block from the beach in the desired Bluff Park area of Long Beach.
