This is a beautiful room for rent in Belmont Shore, Long Beach, California! It is walking distance from a Vons and a beautiful walkable beach path. Street Parking Only!

Belmont Shore is also an extremely quiet and safe area!

There is one person living here already with 2 extremely friendly cats! You will usually be home alone as they are a pretty active person! So if you are an introvert this is a great set up!

There is a shared kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, a full shared upstairs bathroom and living room. There is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs.

1200 monthly unless you have a pet then it is an added $20 fee each month.

Entire place is furnished with vibrant colored furniture. However the room you'll be staying in will be unfurnished! So you have full creative freedom over your personal room space!

I will take care of wifi while you are here.
You will be responsible for utilities and electricity! Water is taken care of by landlord! (Both together usually amount to ~$100 a month usually less!)

Smoking is allowed, Juliette Balcony included in your room if you'd prefer to smoke outside!

VERY Flexible with move in dates however wanted move in date is between April 1st and 15th. I have no problem sharing more photos!
