What I love about my home is it is very charming and quite shabby sheik I love to see friends enjoy my outside space, I love to garden and if you are so inclined wanting to get your handsn dirty, I welcome it. I like to keep the house clean but I am not OCD but i take pride in how I keep it. This home is the quintessential beach cottage built in 1943 so it has it quirks but it has a very homey and comfortable feel. As mentioned the TV room which looks outside to the the back yard is yours to use. Also basic channels as well as usually Disney, Prime and Hulu or whatever has the cool series shows
