West Hollywood Private room!

Hello! I'm looking for a roommate starting in April. Immediate move-in is possible! I have two private rooms available on the first floor of a townhouse. Rent includes WIFI, water, and electricity. Here are the details of the rooms:

First room: A spacious room with a walk-in closet. It comes fully furnished and is priced at $1250.
Second room: A cozy room with a lower price of $1150. The bathroom is shared and has a jet bathtub right in front of the rooms.
The second floor features a living room and kitchen, which are shared spaces. The location is excellent, with bars, grocery stores, and restaurants within walking distance.

I'm looking for someone considerate and responsible who will keep the rooms clean. Laundry facilities are available in the building, and parking is available nearby (restricted parking). There's also a pool you can use.
