Large Room Pico / Robertson

I have a large room for rent in a large two bedroom 1932 era Spanish Style Duplex in the Pico/Robertson area. This top floor apartment feels like a home with a full washer and dryer, working fireplace in the living room (@18.5'x12.5'), separate dining / den area (10'x12'), full kitchen as well as a breakfast nook or office area (9'x9').

The room that is offered is appx. 12.5'x12.5 with a large walk-in closet. There is one shared bathroom with both bathtub and shower. A/C unit in each bedroom and ceiling fans throughout.

There is a small shared back yard rarely used by our neighbor downstairs. It has an orange and a lemon tree and is maintained by the weekly landscaper. Street parking is good in this neighborhood and street sweeping is 8 to 10 am Mondays and Tuesdays, so be careful those days.

If you are not familiar with the Pico/ Robertson area, we are just blocks from high-end shopping along Robertson Boulevard, Rodeo Drive and less than a five-minute drive to the 10 freeway and close Venice Beach, Beverly Hills, the West Side, West Hollywood and if you like, Downtown LA is really easy via one Bus( the 28 on Olympic).

About me, I work full time in sales and enjoy designing and making jewelry and clothing in my spare time. I enjoy a good laugh and usually have music playing in the background when I am home. I have a television and wifi cable in the living room and you are welcome to use them if you'd like. I occasionally have friends over for a drink but rarely bring the party home.
The rent is $1500 total for 1 person. Pets can be discussed.
