Small quiet little complex in a 2 story Townhouse 1700 square feet in the heart of Beverly Hills right by the "The Golden Triangle" Extremely safe, beautiful neighborhood. A great area with many great places within walking distance. More looking to just rent the room out, the room has a queen bed size and a desk.
I am extremely kind and live a very healthy lifestyle so it would be nice to have someone with the same lifestyle. Easy going and a quality person. Animals are not allowed sorry :( Building rules! I prefer to rent month by month so that I don't tie myself or you into something that doesn't correspond to what we are looking for, but hope it does work out. PLEASE text me first!!!
