- New wood floors and new windows installed
- Air conditioning & heat (air conditioners are window units)
- Walk in closet!
- There is not much closet space in shared areas
- No Parking (Ample street parking for someone who comes home before 6pm)
- Looking for a professional FEMALE roommate preferably(with a 9-5 job or in school)
- We will share a bathroom
- I run a small business on the side, so there are frequently boxes in the apartment (you need to be okay with that- I try to keep them out of the way)
- Looking for a 1 year commitment
- I am 29, I work long hours during the week and I like to go out on the weekends with friends, I?m looking for someone nice and respectful. -- I?d prefer someone who doesn?t want to have guests over frequently.
