Looking For A Male Roommate

Hey there. Have a room for rent for the right guy. It is currently furnished with a queen bed, desk, and bookcase. Can be unfurnished for the right roomie. AC in the room, shared bathroom, one off street parking space included, laundry on site. Great neighborhood, walking distance to clubs, restaurants, Weho, BH, Trader Joe's, Beverly Center and Beverly Connection, etc. The apartment is a typical older LA apartment, nothing fancy.

I have an awesome dog, so you must love dogs. If you have a dog and he/she gets along with my boy, that is great. I'm 44, GWM, mostly chill, work from home. Not looking for tons of people traffic, especially now with Covid. I drink alcohol in moderation, smoke, no other drugs. No smoking indoors.

Please be able to pay rent on time and monthly. Rent is all inclusive - covers the room, parking, utilities, everything except food and your toiletries.
