The available room is about 11 x 14 ft with en suite private bath, private balcony and walk-in closet. It includes private mini-kitchen facilities with microwave and refrigerator, plus use of the main kitchen. Semi-private entry is possible.

In-unit washer-dryer. Garage parking space.

The room is furnished, including a full double bed. The canopy lace can be taken down. (It's down now for a more tailored look.) You provide your own sheets and towels.

The room has a large antique desk and chair, plus another cushier reading chair with its own laptop table.
Plus an antique English dresser, a silver chandelier, silver candlestick lamps, brass wall lamps, mirrors and bookcases, cable Internet, WiFi, air conditioning, and heat. The balcony has a small table. (The photos do not show all current furnishings.)

The other bedroom is occupied by a professional female and a small non-shedding poodle. Your small dog can be accommodated too if compatible.
